We're a small shop but proud of our thoughtfully curated book selection, which includes fantasy romance, historical romance and contemporary romance, with strong queer representation (including those hockey boys). We also have graphic novels, young adult romances, and carry greeting cards, bookmarks, stickers, and more.

This will be one of our most bookish events ever—we'll be sharing the space at Temescal Brewing with Silent Book Club Oakland from 6:30-8:30PM. Grab a book, grab a beverage, and start reading right away!

Temescal Brewing is a kid and dog-friendly taproom and beer garden on Telegraph Ave. They have craft beer on tap, and there's always a food truck (plus bar bites). Getting there is super easy on transit—they're steps from the MacArthur BART station, and the 6 and 57 bus lines stop about a block away.
